Great location in Zona Rosa. Easy access to the underground rail. The hotel is modern and welcoming. The breakfast service was excellent with friendly waiters and plenty of choice. We had a serious issue with the cleanliness of the hotel room - but we spoke to the manager who was apologetic and made amends.

Windows don't block out a lot of sound from the outside, but if you face Liverpool Street it's fairly quiet most of the time, so it's worth requesting that. Great location close to transit as well as walkable to sight-seeing. A few minor maintenance issues keep me from rating the hotel full stars, but I would have no hesitations about staying there again.
