Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel suits its purpose - a place to crash while in Thunder Bay. The breakfast is decent. The hotel is aging, but parts are currently under renovation.

Always love staying here when traveling with a U-Haul or trailer, its perfect for the price point. robins right next door is great for the morning and the sushi across the road is fantastic Staff are great, lots of pets and never hear a thing in the room, very clean rooms and property.
