This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back. Hotel is nice and clean. The lady that was working the desk was the manager and was very friendly! Love the pool and hot tub. Great location if u want to get downtown quick but not be in the middle of all the traffic!

I booked because the pictures looked ok and there's an indoor pool for the kid. Check in and out is odd. You must leave a cash deposit, which I didn’t see listed onkine anywhere. The building is old, and our room didn't meet expectations. The tub faucet was loose, and the water wouldn't drain. The tv didn’t work--no signal. The box springs were dirty. Thankfully the bedding looked and smelled ok. The pool was too cold to use. The ceiling above is peeling. The hot tub was warm but the jets didn’t work.

Updating needed
Place needs some work. Not dirty but needs updating. The smell of marijuana was rather strong. I accidentally lit one cigarette by accident out of habit and didn’t get our deposit back. No big deal however they really need to be concerned with the other horrible smell. Didn’t see any bugs. The “breakfast” was a continental breakfast. Was ok for the price. Ya get what ya pay for.

Manager had her car parked in front of the door while she worked and wouldnt move it. So we had to load and unload in the snow uncovered so she could have her car covered under the roof. Profile said hot breakfast. There was 3 pieces of bread and a toaster. Hot tub jets disnt work. There was no comforter, just sheets and we were freezing. Tvs didnt work all night.

The tub in my room did not drain, by the time I was done with my shower I was in over ankle deep water, the AC unit in the room did not work worth a crap, the tile in the entry way to the room was broken, the ceiling in the pool room has a messaive spot where it is peeling and the shower in the pool room only has freezing cold water. Lastly I get that a person can help who they are or anything but check in and check out qas extremely difficult when the person that is working at the front desk does not speak English.

BED BUGS
UGS. As we checked in the process was very slow and then was told there was a $50 deposit needed but cash ONLY. I gave them $60 expecting $10 back but then was told they could not give change and “we would get it back at check out”. That should have been our first sign but we proceeded to our room. My husband ALWAYS checks the mattresses and low and behold the there they were. We went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund and we would find elsewhere to stay. They refused and pretty much ignored the fact there were bed bugs like it was a normal occurrence and refused to do anything. He even said “we will clean it” well, that won’t solve a bed bug problem!! We did not receive a penny back until we practically made them give us the “refundable” deposit back. The room/bathroom was beyond nasty with a nasty odor and bed bugs under the mattress. The pictures they have posted are a lie and it does not look like them at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This place is nasty and should not even be in business. Stay elsewhere you will thank me later.

Look else where.
I tried canceling this hotel the night before. I sent messages they never responded to and Hotel.com reached out to them and they never responded! So, I had to keep the reservation. The information on Hotel.com stated “Pet Friendly” and they claimed they changed their policy even though I showed that on Hotel.com it shows “Pet Friendly”. I told them if they could not accommodate a pet, since I booked a room that was “pet friendly I requested a refund. He said I could stay with the a dog that weighs 4.6 pounds for additional $40. I told him he cannot charge for something that was not disclosed. I had no other choice financially but to stay and pay. Our first room we couldn’t shut the door… the hinges were messed up. He gave us another room and it wasn’t the cleanest and told him so and he said it was clean! Old and dated. Walls wash before they paint. Fix the obvious water damage in the rooms. One of the box springs in my room was stained. Parts of the ceiling appears ready to collapse and also in the pool room. The hot tub was the best thing about the place. It is a family own business. The one guy behind the desk was sleeping with his feet propped up on the desk and wore pants that his butt hung out. The so-called breakfast was a joke. The juice machine has been broken down for awhile but working on getting it fix?? They put out old fruit, 6 bagels and 6 slices of bread. This is a one star hotel… 2 might be pushing it. Watch out for the massive hole in the handicap space!
No muffins, danishes, yogurt, and breakfast bars that are typically available on a continental breakfast.
See the gross stuff on the side of the refrigerator.
This is in the bathroom where they stuck toliet paper in the crack.
Juice machine out of order but no sign but they did offer 2 different kinds of cereal.
