Room 318 was perfect, we even had access to a balcony direct from our room, lovely in the morning sun. Good shower, comfortable beds, friendly staff who were most helpful and a different location in Rome that still offered excellent local bars. So upon arrival we had asked for a twin room before our stay. But we were given a double. This was sorted very quickly. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to all the sites. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice. Beds really comfy, we just wanted extra pillows. Which wasn’t a problem at all. We had a lovely terrace as we were at the back of the building, really quiet. We would stay here again!

Loved my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely marvelous location just minutes from the Spanish Steps, while maintaining a neighborhood feel and relative peace. The water pressure here is outstanding. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The only thing I wished for was blackout curtains for the street faced window as it is a bit bright after sunset.

Lovely hot shower & cold AC in great location

Perfectly nice hotel with incredible excellent location- 2 stops from Termini station, steps from Spanish Steps and restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. Hotel is no frills, but feels safe and shower is really nice! AC worked perfectly and got nice and cold! Honestly a perfect stay.

Helpful staff, a nice hotel and a comfortable balcony. However, the cleaning staff did not replenish soap or replace glasses without prompting. Furthermore, cleaning of the bathroom was a bit lacking, with clear evidence of the previous guests. In this case, there was blood on the wall where the clean towels were supposed to hang.

The hotel has some good and some bad points. I chose based on its great location being minutes walk from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Room size was perfect , fridge with balcony terrace. On the downside the beds are hard and difficult to sleep on being a side sleeper. The aircon was super noisy and the opera cats in next door theatre can be heard (if you want some early shuteye). On my final day I made the mistake of asking to call a cab, being told to walk down to the piazza and hail one. But in all my Rome experience was great and location was perfect.
