It is an small hotel, but everything is clean and tidy, staff was above and beyond to help us through the stay, everything from a warm smile, helping us get our bags organized (weight limits for Intercontinental flights), suggestions for places to visit and booking additional services like shuttles and taxis. Location is very convenient as you are literally 5 minutes away from Fontana di trevi, and several places to eat and drink. Would definitely come back.

My family stayed here recently. The staff is friendly. The elevator is really small , so my wheelchair couldn’t fit, but they had a normal office chair that my husband helped me onto to fit in the elevator, then he would take the stairs with my wheelchair and meet me on the 2nd floor to help me back on my wheelchair. The front person was so attentively always offering his help. The location was perfect with everything very close to walk and roll too. I especially loved the church bells ringing next door.
