We had a very good stay at this hotel. At check-in there was a problem and the room was not the same as what we expected based on our booking, but the team handled it professionally and solved the issue very smoothly. Their response was quick, calm, and genuinely helpful, which immediately made us feel taken care of.
Throughout our stay, all hotel personnel were very polite, respectful, and service-minded. We felt welcome every time we interacted with them, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable for us. I also want to give a special thank you to Meherban, who was responsible for cleaning our room—he was very careful, attentive, and clearly did his best every day.
Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful start into a great experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The lobby looks good, spacious, and comfortable, however, I was given a room on the second floor that the window view was directly at the yard area, full of shisha smells. I definitely couldn’t open my windows the whole time, not that there were any view to look at, but very uncomfortable to have people looking into the room 12 feet away! Breakfast was pretty bad. If I were you, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel!
