Um ponto que considerei inadmissível foi a ausência da trava de segurança metálica na porta — algo essencial nos dias de hoje para garantir a segurança dos hóspedes. Além disso, a varanda não tinha cadeiras e apresentava um aspecto sujo. No geral, pela localização e valor, pode ser considerado razoável no custo-benefício, mas há muitos pontos que precisam ser melhorados urgentemente.
