The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. The reception area is very nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is close to the metro station and a fairly short walk to the old central area of Brussels. The grocery store was right around the corner, and very handy. All in all, it is a great hotel.

I stayed at the room 505. The room was very clean, including the bedding, bathroom, and kitchen. I also appreciated the free drinking water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby, where guests could enjoy complimentary water and coffee. The room had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus, and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to buy groceries and cook meals during our stay. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The only minor issue was the shower curtain above the bathtub. It looked quite old, and the bottom had some stains. Replacing it more frequently would make the bathroom feel even cleaner. Louise Metro Station is only about a 3-minute walk away, the luxuary shopping street is near, and many of the city’s famous attractions can be reached on foot within 15–20 minutes, particularly ”The View“- the Ferris wheel is also nearby where you can enjoy the night view from the area. The location is excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful and polite. A great addition is the small kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave, hob and even a dishwasher. You are not reliant on going out for dinner if you have had a long day out walking and don't fancy going out to eat. There's a supermarket one minute walk from the front of the hotel. Great location for exploring the city. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Twenty five minutes walk into the centre of Brussels to explore the old buildings and tourist attractions.

Great stay here, very close to Louisa metro station. Super comfy bed, good amenities and decent shower. It’s not the most modern or well looked after room but it did the job! The staff were super friendly and when we arrived at 10.45am we could check in, result! It was super easy to jump on the metro to go more central so definitely worth the slightly cheaper price tag as it’s just slightly further out.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is super easy to get to buy public transit, the staff is extremely helpful the the accommodations are clean, well kept and spacious. The room that me and my partner stayed had a bathtub which she loved after a long day walk around the city.
