We just stay for one night. Firstly, the lift did not work from the ground level to the reception. Although there are just about 15 steps of the stair, it is still very in convenient for people with large luggage. The most terrible thing is there was no cold water in our room. It was hard to get cold drinking water and for short.

good location to the metro for getting around vienna, room was good enough had the basics although had to acquire another duvet since ours was too small for the bed

Posizione strategica per girare Vienna, a 5 minuti dal prater, e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro, in tre fermate arrivi nel centro di Vienna.
Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera calda pulita e accogliente, se non si hanno grandi pretese l’ibis è l’hotel perfetto.
Hanno la colazione disponibile a pagamento a 18 euro a persona, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito perché la mattina partivamo subito per girare la città e in centro trovi qualsiasi bar per poter fare colazione a meno.
Personale gentile, con deposito bagagli gratuito sia se arrivi prima del check in sia se parti tanto più tardi rispetto al check out previsto per le 12.00.
Nel complesso ottima soluzione, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This hotel is near a grocery store and a few restaurants and as well as a metro station, which was convenient. The rooms and bathroom are a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for two people.Breakfaat was good.
