This was a great property, close enough to get to many sites and restaurants in walking distance, but tucked away so it’s quiet and safe. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Early check-in was available for a reasonable fee. The mini-suite room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a beautiful street view. Beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to trevi fountain and attractions. The hotel itself is outdated. Rooms are very tiny and not inclusive of little daily needs like included water. The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is wonderful. This is a small boutique property that’s family owned and operated. Although it’s very clean it could benefit from more attention to detail in things like floor polishing and overall care of the public areas. My room was beautiful with a small balcony overlooking Via Veneto I really feel like a little more care to the shine of the beautiful marble and iron railings as well as the vintage woodwork. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and even the breakfast was wonderful every day!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are so small. I reserved what I thought was a spacious room and it was just the smallest one and my view was a wall, really bad for a VIP status.
