Lovely staff, clean and comfortable bed, great air con, smashing view. Fabulous breakfast. Next time though, I will ask for a room far away from the lifts, as they were a little noisy early in the morning.

The room is clean and the location is super convenient (unless you are looking for a more central location)

Hotel is tired, needs refurbished. Carpets and soft furnishings in desperate need of cleaning. Pillows and beds are rock solid, bathrooms are dated. Staff are great and always helpful. It’s not a cheap stay at the Crown Plazza, I doubt I will return till improvements are made.

We had another good stay at the Crowne Plaza. Room was quiet and comfortable. A short walk to the train station and you can be in the centre of Glasgow in 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river, would recommend paying the extra for this. We were going to a gig at SWG3 so the location was so handy. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was brilliant value. We also really enjoyed chilling out in the pool and sauna in the morning before breakfast.

Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was clean and the cleaner also friendly. We like this hotel and it is well positioned to get in to the center of the city via taxi or train. Breakfast was good and overall we enjoyed our stay. Would go again.

The room was great, staff helpful and breakfast was excellent. The rooms need some updating to make the stay feel as good as the rest of the hotel - plug socket placement, general upkeep.

Plenty parking £12 per day. Staff brilliant. Breakfast and dinner first class. Clean and comfortable room but bathroom could do with an upgrade the shower in particular but overall really happy with the hotel and would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, spotless and well maintained Loved the live music on Sunday afternoon, great bar area for drinks and food Was slightly disappointed with Spa as I expected a little more in there however it wasnt a deal breaker, it would just be a bit small for a group Overall though, an excellent stay!

Access to the club lounge was good value for money and great for a lighter, quieter breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The reception staff made me feel I’d come home. Great vibe!
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very nice hotel, unfortunately the bedroom was noisy due to the doors to other rooms crashing shut and someone knocking on other room doors at 3am. Soundproofing should be standard in a hotel of this standard.

Lovely staff, fab amenities and perfect location for events … great overall
Verified review

6/10 Good

Good location and good buffet breakfast. We had a suite and it was too hot to sleep. We asked reception 4 times over 4 days to have maintenance look at the cooling in the room and nothing was done. I couldn’t even sit in the room to read a book. The car park was confusing for visitors so watch out you don’t get fined!
