My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and had a very comfortable stay. Check-in and out was simple and we were greeted warmly and efficiently on arrival and departure by reception staff. Our room was clean, with lovely soap/shampoo/conditioner available. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bed linen. The double glazing ensured peace from the streets below, with the exception of the odd emergency service passing! Breakfast was varied with a wide selection of buffet items. Tables were regularly cleared and wiped down, ensuring efficient seating. Constant replacement of food also ensured excellent availability. Staff were courteous and attentive and the panoramic restaurant provided a rooftop backdrop to Milan. We did not use pool/spa facilities but were made aware of these, and how to access at check in. I would have no hesitation in recommending. A 12 pm checkout time (standard) was welcome given that we had a late afternoon flight home. We would have no hesitation in booking again upon return to Milan.

Great location to access the metro and taxi, also great if you're there for clothes shopping as there's the high street on the doorstep. Staff were helpful and polite. Expensive to drink on the rooftop, 4 single shots of Jack Daniel cost £80. Furniture in my roof could be modernised.
