What a great, little-known secret hotel. Don't judge by the lack of curb appeal. The rooms are great, large, open, full kitchen and even tea kettles. Real coffee cups and silverware and plates. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the Colton House. The room was very spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. The space was quiet and peaceful and the common areas, patio and pool were super cute and also very comfortable and peaceful. The hotel is relatively small so we never felt crowded and everything was spotless. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It was overall comfortable and relaxed and we felt right at home. Only downside is the location which is just a bit further down from all the buzzy happenings on Congress, but future development will probably catch up to them.

This hotel definitely exceeded all expectations! We stayed in the presidential suite. It was a very large condo-like unit that was very comfortable for two couples. Everything was well appointed, all details were covered. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon too. The location is nice, a 15 min walk to SOCO area and having a H.E.B. Grocery store next door was especially convenient. Will definitely return to this hotel!

Stayed here for one night and it was very comfortable and clean. Not as close to downtown shops and restaurants as I was hoping for, but if you’re good with walking 10-15 mins to everything, then the hotel is perfect. Staff was nice. Beautiful hotel in Austin…. Staff was great lobby area was very nice with many nice spots to sit and relax. The cafe in lower level was lovely with a full bar. Pool was very nice but music was played very loud making the experience not relaxing. Location was close to shops and restaurants but not close enough to walk. Parking has a charge $$. Overall I would recommend.
