10/10 Exceptional

This hotel exceeded my expectations. After a long flight, I was beyond grateful to get an early check in. Pedro checked me in and he was very hospitable. The place was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. This great property is in a very good location. I felt safe walking around at night. I will be back next time I come to Brussels.

Spacious rooms with baths and showers. Very comfortable large beds but lighting was not good in one of our rooms. Very pleasant roof top bar and all the staff were friendly. Good location for sightseeing in Brussels.

I had a really lovely stay at NH Collection Brussels. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was. The location was also great for exploring Brussels, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The hotel made my stay feel relaxing and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at NH Collection Brussels again on my next visit to Brussels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay..

The room was very comfortable and had all the expected amenities. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace for a glass of wine and snacks after a long day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location. The only thing that wasn’t great was the fitness area, which seems to be shared with a private gym. So it was very busy with apparently regular gym rats, loud, and, while well-equipped, I saw only one gym mat that was in use. This was the only thing about the hotel I didn’t enjoy.

6/10 Good

When we arrived at the hotel and were given our room key we let ourselves in and other guests were already assigned to this room! The staff quickly fixed this issue but it was a safety concern for us. The room was lovely, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. cleaning staff were very efficient. Lifts are terrible, very slow and not all working. Breakfast was nice on the terrace and lots of choice but the same each day.

8/10 Very good

The room was of a good size, and the location of the hotel offers great access to public transport. Breakfast was good and varied and the 9th floor terrace has great views. There were a couple of less positive aspects, though. We were visiting during a heatwave, and at times the A/C in the room was barely keeping up. Also, out of 3 elevators, only one was working reliably (one has been broken during the entire stay, and another one was on and off) - for such a large hotel with 9 floors, it created unacceptable waiting times. But overall, we had a good stay; it was nice to be walking distance from most things we wanted to do.

The only issue was the room overlooked a bar, so it was noisy until around 3am, but location was great, room was lovely, and the breakfast with view was sublime!
