Perfect location. The staff were lovely. Aman assisted me with an upgrade to a room overlooking the greenery beyond North Terrace, for a small increase in room fee. The windows open enough, important for me to have fresh air (and city sounds when I want it). The only negative is the very slow elevator - don't leave it late to leave the building if you have somewhere to be. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Great location, near the tram that led to Womad, though we ended up walking through the uni. Room is big and clean, bed sunk a little and pillows weren't great. One lift was down so we had to wait a lot. Also no one answered the phone so we tended to speak to reception on our way in and out. We opted to have the buffet. Great omlette station and good range. They gave a discount if you didn't need a room clean so we got $20 off for 3 nights.
