This hotel is very close to the city center, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, all the staff are very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. Both the front desk and the luggage reception service are superb. The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms on the fifth floor also do an excellent job of keeping the rooms very clean every day. I thought this hotel was a great place to stay, especially if its your first time in Chengdu. Its got a great location near the metro, IFS centre, chunxi lu and taikoo li. I'm not sure if it was an upgrade but the room was so big and spacious and was really well maintained. Staff were friendly even and tried their best to speak English which was greatly appreciated. Can't fault anything about the hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, staff were helpful and friendly. The room is well laid out, the bed is extremely comfortable. The handheld shower cannot be adjusted to tilt down, while there is an overhead shower this is not ideal if you don’t want to wet your hair. The water pressure is excellent, we appreciated the face washers. Breakfast catered mostly for the Chinese guests, however there was still plenty of choice for westerners. It is uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, this makes enjoying breakfast more difficult. The photo of the pool in the advertisement doesn’t reflect the pool area, we didn’t find it very inviting as the picture suggested it to be so didn’t use it as it was so hot anyway to be outside. I would recommend this hotel for the location, service and room amenities.
