This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, the staff is always friendly and helpful (especially the man who monitors the breakfast area), the rooms are cleaned well and I feel very safe every time.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with the stay is a nice bonus! Another added bonus is a 12:00 p.m. checkout. I would definitely recommend this place!

Place is cleaned The front desk team is courteous knowledgeable and professional ‘s in the hospitality business. The parking is free The breakfast there has a variety of items There’s no peanut butter The breakfast staff on 10/28 There’s gentlemen there will assume You’re a Transient and chose One person out of a dozen people getting breakfast to ask if he had room which the guest had He spent the night here We spoke to management about it They genuinely listened and comforted Us enough that we’re reconsidering another visit in the future

Staff were friendly & helpful, we loved the clean, neat room, & how quiet it was. It had a desk area, especially for people who works while traveling & the room had everything else you needed while staying there! Parking was easy, it was plenty of parking spaces! Our opinions is that breakfast could’ve been way better to be honest! I didn’t see any options I liked, but my boyfriend tired out a bagel. It was also an area like a pantry area where you could buy snacks & foods you can warm up. But we ended up eating out for breakfast! The staff were still very nice, greeted everybody with a smile, & it was different staff for breakfast! We enjoyed our stay & I will come back to this hotel if visiting the area again! :)

6/10 Good

The room was clean and efficient for an overnight visit. The main concern I had was the shower which I felt made a mess across the whole bathroom floor creating a slip hazard. The hotel is close to food, gas, and not far from the airport. Easy stay.

Had never stayed in a Spark Hotel before. Speaking to the front desk staff, it was interesting to learn about the chain. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet in a good location south of downtown. It was easy to get to the Lynx Rail System (5 minute drive). My wife and I were surprised by the fact that a public safety officer rode the elevator at night, walking inside the hotel and floors and checking on hotel guests as the rode to and from their rooms. She was bright and cheerful and made us feel safer than we already were. We will stay at Spark in the future if available.

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was clean and quiet. The room was huge. The only staff I came into contact with was the gentleman that checked us in and he was very friendly and informative. If I was going to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here.
