We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, modern, and felt really cosy, which made it comfortable to relax in. The location was also very convenient, being central to many attractions around Launceston. From the outside, the property does resemble more of a motel, but the interior of the room definitely exceeded expectations. We did an early check-out, which was easy, just left the key in the box with no issues. There were no breakfast options included, but considering the price and overall experience, it was still very good value for money.

Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Very hot in room, and air conditioner not up to the job. Rooms close to road are noisy due to Launceston's abundance of motoring enthusiasts with noise enhanced cars. Opened window to try and cool room but of course it is then even noisier.
