Stayed for a night, good location close to downtown, great service and tasty breakfast. Bad needs to be updated, seems they clean it but being not updated in years doesn't help with image

Brief Stay in Mexico City
The hotel was very modern and conveniently located. We used it as a base to explore Mexico City, so spent limited time in the room. One thing to note was the WiFi was a bit patchy in our room (near the top floor).

The first night we stayed at a room and the next day we switched to another. The next day we switched I realized I left my cleansing brush in the restroom as soon as I realized I called the receptionist and asked if someone had turn

Ok for a budget hotel, not a luxury hotel at all
The service was great but this hotel is definitely not a 5 or 4-star hotel. The decor is extremely outdated and the beds were too firm for my liking. The shower also leaked into the bathroom. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel. Not bad, just weird. The reception desk was very attentive but the people who “process reservations” took over 4 hours to process mine. I booked online around 9:30 am and was told to come in at 1 pm. I arrived to the hotel at 1:20 pm and was told it would be another 30 mins. When I went back to the counter at 2 pm I was again told it would be another 40 minutes. When the manager saw that I was upset, he ordered them to process it right away. I’m not sure why they made me wait so long but it was pretty inconvenient since I flew in on a red eye. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent hotel in a good location but I wouldn’t pay more than $50 USD a night.
