So so
Great location poor standard of room for an apparently 4 star

We stayed one night in Rome so being able to get the full experience of the hotel wasn’t possible. We did get free slippers & had robes available for use. Our room was clean & we had an end unit on the renovated side. Our towel warmer didn’t work sadly & our room safe was locked so we were unable to use it but everything else seemed to check out ok. The hotel’s location is a prime spot in distance between Roma Termini & the Colosseum- you can take the red line to get to the hotel from Termini if walking is a limitation. There are several late night eating spots nearby although we didn’t get to partake in any.

Poor cleanliness of the room; cleaning staff never cleaned the bathroom or changed sheets during our entire stay. Walls has peeling paint. The thermostat was broken and the room temperature was extremely hot as if it was below zero degrees outside. It was reported to the front desk and their response was that they would look into the issue and made it very clear that there is no AC. That clearly indicated that they control the heat and AC for the entire hotel which is completely wrong since all guests have different preferences on room tempatures; some like it cool and others stuffy.

Staff was excellent, specially Alexander on the front desk. Breakfast was good. But the mattress was super hard and only two news stations in English and no movie channels in English. No exercise room either.

A stones throw from all the major sightseeing.
Ideally placed for sightseeing and very close to Metro. Check in/out efficient. Room spacious but could do with a little updating , saying that ,it was very comfortable, clean and quiet, loved the balcony overlooking the rooftops. Bathroom/shower good with plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was very nice with something for everyones tastes.

Very clean and nice hotel. The only thing that I didn't really like was that the air conditioning was off throughout the day and would only get turned on at 7pm (and only the heater would turn on, not the cool ac). Basically no control over the ac and although it was cold outside, It could get hot inside. We had to sleep with the windows open and turn off the heater. I booked two rooms together in the same exact way and somehow they said that the breakfast was only included for one and not the other one (even though at check-in the person didn't mention that and said it was included in general), so I had to pay for it but it wasn't expensive, it was about $14 per person. Oh and one of the door handles was broken and just came off and it was replaced within minutes. Other than that, everything else was good and the people were nice.

Stayed in middle of December 2019, the hotel is very close to the colosseum, in the nice and fashionable, Monti neighborhood. There is a metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel so travrl is easy to all places including the airport. The hotel is in good shape and maintained properly. Stuff is nice an helpful, everybody knows English well. We got a free upgrade due to my birthday and nice gift from the hotel. We had Breakfast included, the breakfast is nice and simple and the dining area is perfect. All and all wr stayed 4 nights and it was great!
