Loved this hotel! We had a quad room with a huge fireplace (not active) and a ceiling fresco. Very large room and comfortable. Great breakfast and staff. Assisted us with a reservation at L’Brindellone. Overall probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Easy walking distance to most of the Florence must-see sights. Would def stay again! Only 10 mins from the train station.

The hotel is right in the city center, so makes it convenient for walking everywhere. Rooms were clean and the best part was the staff. Francesca, Victor, and everyone else was so kind. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and helped me when my mom got sick due to the heat outside. They called cans for us and were so very kind, the best part of the experience. The hotel could use a more modern TV system and it is an older hotel but rooms were clean and breakfast was very good, the breakfast staff was very friendly. I would stay there again!

Very nice location, just a few minutes away from the train station, SMN. Very friendly staff. The buildings are very old and the rooms facing the street are very noisy, even in late evening. The tub/shower is narrow and clumsy.
