We were going to an event at the Centre Bell, and this was absolutely a perfect experience. I can’t say enough wonderful things about every staff member in this hotel, we cannot wait to plan a return stay when we can explore the city longer. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.

We loved everything about our stay here! It was our first time staying downtown and we were worried about losing the charm of other neighborhoods, but to be honest the charm of this hotel with its amazing pool and hot tub outside, great workout room, stunning the modern room with windows overlooking the rooftop forest of trees, more than made up for it. With the metro actually in the building, we found it super easy to get around -- definitely planning to stay here next time.

Very conveniently located for shopping as well as old town and old harbor - all just 5-15 minute walks away - and not to forget: if travelling by via rail: it is on the train station.

I think this will become our go-to hotel in Montreal… well located, nice big room, loved the outdoor pool (and hot tub) even on a cool morning as pool is heated year-long. All staff we met were wonderful! Breakfast was perfect! Things to improve maybe carpet in halls… and take carpet out of the room. Besides that 10/10!

The pool was fabulous- although 1 hot tub did not work and they never fixed it in the 5 days we were there. Also 3 elevators - 2 broken never fixed. The location is great - easy access to everything.

Great downtown hotel. Staff are helpful and very nice. Clean room. Near everything downtown and easy access to the metro (don't even need to go outside). It was our second time here and I must say that the second spa has been closed for three years and the sauna is a lot of time broken or not working very good. Other than that, great 👍.
