Very clean room the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was pretty decent. The only issue we had was parking that didn’t seem to be enough spots for the hotel when we came back from a concert at Tanglewood. Every spot at the hotel was taken. Luckily somebody left otherwise the place was great.

My one star comes from the cleanliness of the lobby and the bathroom in the room, and the friendliness of the stuff. Other than that, nothing really worked in this hotel. Their bedding (plus mattress) smelled like a middle-aged man who didn’t wash his clothes for a week. The breakfast was probably the worst in the last 5 years. Their giant coffee machines only made regular/decaf/water. I chose regular and coffee-colored water came out. The smelly bedding was the worst because I couldn’t get away from it.
