the place was very crowded (normal) which overlaated the elevator system which is fully automatic. the noise level in the lobbies due to the ambient music was high, the mattresses need to be changed (hardened at least). personel ws always nice and helpful. the location is great.

The delicious breakfast is very well stocked and displayed with very good food. However, the behavior of the guests is appalling! I was bumped by people trying to get food. One man jumped in front of me, stretched his arm in front of me, grabbed a cup and filled it with coffee while I was clearly ahead of him in line, already holding an empty cup. The vibe in the dining room felt like sharks at a feeding frenzy. As an American, I’m sensitive to my countrymen behaving badly but I did not witness this at all! It appeared to be mostly big Europeans acting rudely.

breakfast was great. But was very disappointed with the fact they were renovating the spa I had picked the hotel for this. They should have communicated this when I was booking my hotel I chose this hotel main for this. This is the main reason for my initial low mark. The hotel should have arranged an alternative as these works require a long time if you are serious about providing a good service to the end customer personally I would have made this a top priority or offerred compensation so I could have used something in another hotel etc

I recently stayed at the Clarion The Hub Hotel and overall the hotel is very nice. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. However, this is the second time I have stayed here and unfortunately the steam room in the spa area was not working again. That was disappointing because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities after a long day. Aside from that issue, the staff were pleasant and the hotel itself is beautiful. I just hope the steam room is repaired soon so guests can fully enjoy the amenities the hotel advertises.

clean room but quite small. picked this hotel for swimming pool but it was quite small and too deep for my kids. sauna not so hot. if swimming pool is the reason why you pick this hotel, reconsider :) changing area and shower for swimming pool was just so not well managed and wet floor all over the place - dangerous and not clean. that was my only complaint. havent had breakfast due to early flight.

Nice hotel and at the center of Oslo. Easy to catch up a transportation. Friendly staffs. We just got some problem with the breakfast. My husband got so little food and I was stressed in getting food because the kitchen staffs removed the food early. There was a misunderstanding maybe with the time. Instead of closing the breakfast at 11am. They closed it at 10am. Many guests did not get breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is nice and comfortable.

Excellent value for money hotel. The room itself is nothing overly special, but the whirl pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, plus the breakfast made this a fantastic stay. To clarify, nothing wrong with the room at all, it was clean, good quality toiletries, large TV with casting etc, but it was a compact room. Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially considering how busy it was with a football cup final and race in the city). Highly recommend.

We had 3 nights at the Clarion The Hub. I would fully recommend it for location across the road from the central station. For early staters there is a no cooked breakfast out from 4am where else do you see that. The main breakfast was the biggest selection/variety of food I’ve seen over many years decades of travelling.
