It’s surprising IHG group would allow this hotel to be linked to their brand.
Unfortunately there are issues with the room which are the fundamental needed in a hotel room. I did bring these issues to the hotels attention and asked for a response but three weeks later nothing has eventuated.
The shower water was cold, the shower area smelt musty and damp like a swamp. There was no room heating and the room felt cold.
In the morning the lift door couldn’t be opened so I assume it was out of order. There is only the one lift.
I’m sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel

Huge bathroom, and FIVE twin beds which was plenty for our group of 3 but also had cozy 2 person sitting area.
There wasn’t any AC..

Great location across from the train Station if you are coming from Bratislava & leaving to Prague. The only thing I’m not happy about was I thought I booked the breakfast with the hotel but apparently you still have to pay the breakfast up front once you do eat and checkout. Also, great location to some tour attractions. If you get there early, you can check ur luggage in a storage place for free and get it later when you get back. Overall I’m happy 4/5.

The steam heating in the room was not equipped a temperature control valve. Consequently, it was uncomfortably warm despite the cold season. Furthermore, as room faced a busy road, opening the windows to lower the temperature is difficult.

On the plus side, it’s across the street from Vienna Central Station and a quick walk to a metro stop.
As for the other bits, there is NO A/C. There is also no fan available. You open the window and hope for a breeze. The TV is hit or miss and you could call reception - if there was a room phone. As for an iron/board, it’s not in the room and there was a lengthy discussion about my needing to leave a deposit for use of same to which they finally relented.
Finally, the front of the toilet seat is positioned within inches of a wall making it a little challenging to heed the call when needed (especially the longer legged.) Room/shower was fine, there are a few stairs to get past before the elevator.
Did I mention that they were close to transport?

Our stay was fine. Not great, not terrible, simply ok. This is a budget hotel that offers affordable accommodation in a city of very expensive hotels. We stayed in a spacious "family" room. It was quiet at night - except for a man shouting into his phone for two hours with his window open in a nearby room. It was clean - additionally, rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were abundant and plush. However, the telltale signs of it being a budget hotel were clear: the WiFi was patchy, no A/C (room was warm), impossible to make the shower warm (either cold or scalding, no in between), breakfast was the same price for small children as for adults (despite a piece of toast and milk only being desired by the youngest), the soap was very thin and cheap, only half of the outlets in the room worked, and not all channels were clear on the television. I don't think we'll stay here again. However, if money is tight and you're looking for a place that's clean, safe, and near the main train station, this hotel could do the trick.

Hotel in a good location for us. Right across the road from train station but also very close to metro buses and tram so no issue getting around. Room was great. Only issue was no Internet during stay.

Everything was spot on. Staff all very friendly. Spacious room compared to what we have often stayed in. Super comfortable bed! Warm and cozy. Location excellent. 2 min walk to station and eat to access metro or tram. Sorry ride from there to oif town etc. Only issue was no Internet the two nights we were there. Would recommend for sure.

푹신한 침대, 깨끗한 침실, 친절한 직원, U라인과 트램, 기차역이 모두 가까운 최적의 위치로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점이 있다면 3박을 했는데 조식 뷔페가 매일 너무 유사해서 조금 질리는 감이 있었습니다.
