Although some areas dated, overall experience was positive. Front desk staff of Anthony,Posit and Nomin and one other young blond gentleman were friendly cordial,professional and very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel was not on main road in Vienna, so we did a lot of walking and It was close to bus lines.Its distance from road made it quiet. The grounds were peaceful. Breakfast had many choices and was tasty All other staff we encountered were friendly.. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and had all that was needed. Air conditioner worked well, but it was a bit loud. Otherwise the place was quiet, no noises from corridor or other rooms. We had hotelbreakfast only on last morning. It costs 22 euros from reception, but it's so and so, was it worth the price. I recommend cafes nearby for breakfast instead of this hotel's.

This hotel is very well located, being a short walk to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse and the rail/underground/City Airport Train hub. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Both of the rooms that we have stayed in so far have had leaking showers or broken shower heads, but everything else has been good. We opted out of breakfast as we considered it too pricey.

This hotel is close to all modes of transportation. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was excellent. Microwave was missing but other amenities like refrigerator and kettle for heating water were there.
