Better the 2nd time around.
My last stay was during reconstruction and I ended up with plaster in my hair from all the sanding that was going on throughout the building. This stay was so much better. Miss Amelia was very nice and friendly. She assisted me with anything I needed. The hotel looks very nice. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel if you are travelling on I-95
Overall excellent hotel and amenities including free breakfast and ample parking. However its a pet friendly hotel which I didn't realize while booking. I would have preferred a room which is not allowed for pets.

Great Staff Overshadowed by Rotten Room
I couldn't get to sleep because the room insulation is so terrible. Every thudding step from the room above ours, every voice in the room next door to ours, every sound in the hallway invaded our room late into the night. The room lighting looked like a bus station or the inside of a refrigerator with its cold LED lights. The room could use at least an area rug to keep it from looking so institutional. Although the bathroom is clean, there is no light switch to turn on the lighted mirror. The inside curtain to black out light is a gross rubber curtain. The mattress is just plain uncomfortable. The pillows are thick and lumpy. A broken, dirty window at the entryway looked like it had been like that for a long time. The plants in the planters are dead. The staff, however, is fabulously good, going beyond the call-of-duty. We were greeted with a joyful, outgoing welcome from a sophisticated-looking woman with a charming voice. She went out if her way to print guidance to two special Italian restaurants I’d asked about. The next morning, a cheerful buffet attendant took over the entire waffle-making for me when I asked one question. She told me sweetly, “It’s my job.” That morning, after I’d loaded luggage into the car and was returning inside to pick up the cat carrier, the front desk attendant brought it to me to keep my elderly mother from trying to pick it up.
