I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also always amazing.
My only real disappointment was the lack of evening entertainment at the Bay Gardens locations. Surely there could be some sort of entertainment eg karaoke nights, steel pan music etc etc on various nights.

I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.
