Great for family. Water park is great way to spend the whole day. wave pool’s body board/ surf board was the highlight of our stay. Staffs were friendly the night events were a nice touch to enjoy the Guam atmosphere.

星野リゾートという事で期待値が高かったため、到着時にがっかりしてしまいましたが、滞在中は何度も清潔感に驚かされ、とても気持ち良く滞在できました。 応接セットみたいなのがあるお部屋はとても広く、ベッドは硬めで寝心地が良く、腰痛持ちな私が滞在中腰痛が治ってしまうほど快適でした。 全体的に古さは否めませんが、特に不愉快になる部分はなく、唯一バスタブがプラスチックでベッコンベッコンするのが嫌だったくらいです。 流れるプールが最高でした。無料で参加できる宴会も楽しかったです。 今度は孫と来たいです。

조식포함이어서 좋았고 조식이 생각보다 잘나와서 좋아요 룸청소도 원할때마다 깨끗하게되어있음 카펫인게 별로였지만 돗자리깔고 잘지냈음 워터파크 수영장 다 좋은데 닭이 계속있음.. 야생닭이라는데 그래도 싫었음ㅜㅜ 닭만 빼면 숙소 완전 만족~~!!

プールに関しては、とても満足できました。スライダー、マンタ、波の出るプール。 流れるプールに関しては、流れが弱く、少し不満です。 部屋に関して、部屋も広く、清潔感もあり、満足できました。ただ、ウォシュレットがあまり馴染みのない仕組みだったり、エアコンの温度調節ができなかったり、少し設備として古い感じはありましたが、大きな問題ではありません。 チェックイン手続きに関して、少し不満があります。チェックイン開始時間である15:00より前に到着しました。プールはチェックイン後でないと入れないということで、ロビーで15:00になるのを待たせてもらったのですが、15:00になっても「部屋の準備ができていない」とのことで、結局チェックインできたのは15:30過ぎでした。 一緒にチェックインした友人家族は15:00にチェックインできてましたし、後から来た他のお客さんも先にチェックインできてました。 単に運が悪いのかもしれませんが、子供が楽しみにしていたプールに、少しでも早く入りたかったので、とても残念でした。
