The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. As a traveler from Japan, I really appreciated their warm and helpful service in English, and I never had any trouble communicating with them. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, I would have liked the lighting to be a little brighter. The breakfast was wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pain au chocolat and hot chocolate every morning. So delicious — truly Belgium! I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee service. The popcorn machine was also a lovely little surprise! I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belgium. Thank you!

The hotel is located about 2.5 km walk from The Grand Place, but tram and bus stops are located 100 m from the hotel. Up and down Rue du Bailli, which starts 100 m from the hotel, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars located. The hotel offers parking - remember to book in advance. Otherwise, there are parking spots nearby, which the hotel can help you with. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and ready to help you out with restaurants and guide tips. The rooms were OK - nothing super fancy - but they lived up to out expectations. We got rooms with connecting doors. Breakfast is good - but with the amount of guets that stayed at the hotel during our stay is was a "fight" to get a table where our family of 4 could sit together The lack of space is the only negative thing we experienced during our two night stay. It is a great feature that free coffee (of fair quality)/tea is available to the guests on each floor.

For a quick weekend in and out, the hotel is budget friendly. It’s a great location close to Avenue Louise and easily walkable to a lot of key attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The rooms need better cleaning. The floors are sticky, and the beds were covered in hair and filth.

Excellent service

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were excellent value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight. It was also great that they offered free luggage storage until the evening after checkout. Definitely worth it.
