Staff was amazing they said hi to us every time we left and came. Parking gets full but we were able to find a spot still. It’s older but overall was nice some of the walls and baseboards could be cleaned in the room but we had a good stay.

Wish the swimming pool was open, the hot breakfast should be more varied mainly microwave scrambled eggs and burgers, baked beans and boiled eggs etc would give more variety

They did not have enough help for multiple people checking in. The one person was very good at his job. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. They need more body wash for the price you pay to stay there.

4/10 Fair

The hotel itself was old and dirty. The staff was friendly. Right off a freeway so very loud

The hotel is decent enough for its price and staff are helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

Honestly was a rough looking hotel and set up was weird but the service and breakfast provided as well as shuttle offered at an affordable cost made it balance out. The workers were super polite and accommodating and knowledgeable. There were NO surprise fees or expenses upon checking in. Price was reasonable for one night. Should have changed my hotel to them to avoid the bad service, food and surprise fees at the other booking.

The staff at checkin were very helpful. Our room was not maintained well. There were chunks of paint off the wall and not many outlets to use. Things just seemed old and worn out...all of the furniture. The door closed and locked, but there was a space where you could see the hall. We will not stay at this establishment again.

The rooms were small BUT clean. I’ve never been to a hotel where the pool was constantly kept SO clean!!!!

Located in great area, room clean needs a few updates. Breakfast area clean coffee, and hot water available all night was helpful. Front desk staff polite and helpful.

The staff was amazing, the bed was great, breakfast was delicious. Just didn’t like people outside smoking pot and the smell goes in the rooms, also lack of hot water.

Comes with breakfast, which is very convenient. We also used the airport shuttle, which only costs $10/person. Overall, a comfortable experience!

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were super helpful with everything. There was a grocery store, a convenient store, a restaurant, a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts nearby. The train station is about a 20 min walk away or less than a 10 min bus ride away. I had a great stay!

The receptionist was excellent, and the room was spotless. I have no complaints at all.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Unfinished roofs and the carpets in the hall stunk like urine. Room was fairly clean and bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge was not cold enough, bathroom was small.

I always woke up too late for breakfast but I made heavy use of the free coffee + Swiss Miss powder. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect place for couples also great for families w children. Yes of course some of the room fixtures could require some updating for instance scratched up furniture or old decor for the most part. It’s a beautiful place to lay down your head. There’s delicious FREE breakfast in the morning, and it has an amazing arcade and billiard across the street ALL types of gourmet foods and drinks to be served all day. The pool was amazing and the workers were very helpful.
