Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé..."

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

The room did not have wash cloths nor hand towels, and there was a note stating that towels should not be removed from the room. There is a pool on the property but no pool towels are provided. The pool was also not clean. "
