Everything was pretty smooth (check in/out, communications with host). The location was perfect. The apartment was pretty clean, except for the balcony (it was dusty with some spiderwebs). The perfume used on the bed covers was not great. Overall, it was great choice for our first trip to Toronto, especially since it was next to the fanfest location. It's also right next to the trolley stops, so you can travel downtown easily and fast.

Great location in downtown, meighborhood was quiet during our trip. Check-in was a bit difficult, and we tried calling for help but got no answer; we had to figure it out on our own with a lot of emails we received. The apartment was very clean, though perhaps a bit small for a family of four but not a big deal. We also had to ask for some basic information, such as where the pool and gym were located, since there was no information sheet posted. Overall, it was great and I recommend it.
