when i checked in they charged me an extra $6 with no explanation why; when i get to the room the front door did not close properly; flush against the side; there was a draft coming into the room; the sheets and the mattress had cigarette burns and stains; thankfully i was only there one night; i would never stay here again

we went to check in and they wanted to charge me for fees i already paid even after showing them it was paid as in standing there you could see all the security and there was some really shady things happen there i probable lost my money back i sure wasn't staying there.

Know before you go

Staff was friendly at check in. The property was reasonably quiet and close to restaurants. I must note that I was asked to pay additional $48 for taxes even though the app calculated tax upon booking. Not such a great deal after all. I will not return for that specific reason.

No complimentary hairdryer. 3 night stay... room key stopped working after 1st night so had to get it reactivated. Ditto for 2nd night. Quite annoying. No blanket, and bedspread was thin. Felt like I was only covered with a sheet. Otherwise room was nice.

Bathroom in poor condition. Not a comfortable stay at all. Pictures on website misleading. Trap hotel is more like it. Elevator broken. Door will close on you and you luggage. They wouldn't even give me a refund. Had to find other accommodations.
