Great stay
Great hotel, food and service on a night's stopover before an early morning flight. Peaceful location next to the main road a closest to airport. Took advantage of the hotel taxi service taking away any pain for pickup and drop-off. Definately recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very warm, thoughtful and accommodating staff, who went far beyond our expectations. In particular, there was one staff member Kaustav, who was extremely friendly and helpful. I hope that the leadership can see his potential, he is a natural leader. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Great location, right next to the airport. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Extremely helpful and friendly Kitchen staff. Reasonable prices. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice but wouldn't go back. Not value for money.
For the price I was expecting more to be frank. It is rather noisy, so if you are looking for a stop over place close to the airport, I wouldn't recommend this one. Rooms are smallish. We went four a drink at the bar and the atmosphere was bizarre. Big telly with sport on, piano bar singer that was so loud we could not have a conversation. Prices at the bar are exclusive of the 58% tax on alcohol, so we ended up spending more than in central London! Ridiculous.

I had to change my reservation due to a family emergency. Though they didn’t have to, they graciously accommodated my request. Checkin was easy. Since my stay was shortened, they even offered me transportation to the airport. The service at lobby cafe was Great. Staff was very professional and courteous. Room was good though slightly dated.
