Beautiful, comfortable and clean.
I travelled to Chennai with my wife and spent an amazing 3 days, thanks to this splendid hotel. It was well kept opulence, with friendly, efficient staff and clean amenities. Attention to detail - from branded toiletries, extra towels, spacious, bright airy rooms, generous designer breakfast spread, this establishment offers as lot. The bonus was the location. Shop, shop, shop!

Every time we visited Chennai , our preferred stay was GRT GRAND. This time stay at Grand GRT was disappointing. From the time we landed(at 2pm), we were informed we need to wait 30minutes if we need room next to each other same floor. Inside the room bathroom clogged! Break fast service has gone worst, tables not clean , no spoon, water we need to look around and serve our self. Last worst thing happened in billing, they added 6.5k extra on food which we hadn’t consumed. Cross check your billing. Finally they corrected, imagine if we hadn’t checked it. Overall service has become worst.

Wonderful Stay. Amazing experience.
Whole experience was wonderful. No complaints. Feedback on 02 areas only: 1) Designated smoking area inside the hotel - a bit troublesome to keep walking out of the hotel to smoke 2) more lugggage trolley please. We had to wait for some time for the trolley to arrive at our room. These are no issues but would be better if these are looked into. Thank you.
