Didn't read My request for Early Check-in!
Poor customer service. When I made my Reservation and Booked my room I requested and early Check-in. I arrived at around noon and check-in was posted at 3 pm; however, online it was reported to be 2 pm. When I asked for early, I was told it would be an additional $20. I asked why, because this was a pretty huge hotel, and there were less than 10 cars in the entire parking lot. I was told it's because when he called is "Uncle" he was told to charge me $20. I declined because I chose this hotel for economical purposes, so why pay extra? When I checked out, the same man asked me to post a good review. I laughed, I said I was going to post a review, but it wouldn't be good. He told me again that is Uncle told him to charge me $20, and that they did not read my request for early check-in. I told him that was another reason for me not to give a good review. He told me NEXT TIME they would give me early check-in. I told him there will be no NEXT TIME! LOL....Amazing!! Very poor customer service in my opinion.
