10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful hotel on the shopping street and at the other end of the street from the train station. You walk out to a park across the street. Great location. VERY kind helpful staff. They even parked our car in the garage for us and held our suitcases while we walked around. Beautiful lobby. Beautiful room. Large bathroom with separate toilet area. A Place to hang a clothes item after you wash it in the tub if necessary. Loved this elegant hotel. We did not eat here so I have no comment.

6/10 Good

Noisy especially at night in street outside below our room. No air conditioning or fan. Complimentary water would have been nice. Many stairs to move suitcases up and down to/from lobby. Great location near sites.

Very nice but not quite worth the price. Excellent service, for sure.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Very convenient location and helpful staff, and great restaurant and bar. However, we were there during a few very hot days and the air-conditioning in the room was not able to keep us cool so we had to sleep with the windows open at night.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was grand but also quite dated. The floor numbering was confusing, with several half floors, making it difficult to navigate. We had requested adjoining rooms, or at least two rooms on the same floor, but our rooms ended up being quite far apart. That said, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Good central location, probably not worth the price as we spent the whole day out the hotel exploring Oslo. Breakfast was good
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Breakfast is spectacular and well priced. Beautiful common areas. But the rooms themselves are a bit blah. And they charge through the roof if you want to use the pool which is pretty poor given the price.

4/10 Fair

Great breakfast, friendly staff. Poorly managed - rooms are insufficiently heated and the WiFi is intermittent.

10/10 Exceptional

Very welcoming staff when we arrived - went above and beyond. Only thing to note is that you have to find the sign for the door if want housekeeping - isn’t clear that they won’t come daily otherwise. Aside from This minor detail, was a great stay and great staff.
