The front desk person is also the bartender so I was cut off by some guy who really needed a beer and had to use the kiosk to check in which was slow. Breakfast is served later on weekends so we couldn't eat because we were catching a train. The breakfast and proximity to the train was why I picked this hotel! The room was very clean.

A very nice and clean hotel in a great central location close to all the main attractions and transport links. Breakfast was great with a good variety and staff were very friendly. The only issue was that the room was pretty poorly lit so always felt too dark even during the day.

Could be a bit noisy with being so close to trams & train station, if need to open a loft/very high window for fresh air. But if you wish to be located near the centre & close to the train station then this is idea location. Buffet breakfast good but due to the fact signs state go early to avoid queues, well people do go early too.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel isn't quite in the city center, so a few blocks walk thru a slightly seedy neighborhood. Hotel is lively and was packed with guests. Lobby area was lively. Room was very small and verysparse, no closet clothes, kist a few hangers. Bathroom was tiny, hubby could barely fit inside the shower stall (and he isnt a big guy) Breakfast was excellent but had a cafeteria feel rather than a nicer dining experience. Overall, a decent place but not sure we'd stay again.

Stayed here in December, stay was ok but one of two elevators was broken. Stayed again early February, elevator was still broken. Waited ten minutes to bring luggage down, could not get an elevator. Ended up carrying bags down the steps, where the stairwell carpet was disgusting and the handrail in the wrong side, where the steps are too skinny to walk. Will not stay here again.
