I had booked but there was a problem with the online payment. I arrived at the hotel in the moning well within the 24 hour window indicated in the mail. I was told there was no booking and the hotel was fully occupied.
They said they had no idea abotu Expedia and I should contact expedia myself.
I think you should take them off from your site as this is totally unacceptable. If the hotel was fully booked they should have refused the booking.
