    enjoyed the stay .i suitable for family vacation .we enjoyed 3 days . only one management should hire . cleaning staff more responsible hope management is listening to me the episode on room no 44 at 7th march. this should not repeat to any tourist .

    Stay comfortable but could be made extraordinary

    It was good but not so good as it was our 3rd visit to this hotel .We had requested for Villa close to sea but his time they gave us Villa very packed one so no view.The Buffet of Breakfast also remains more or less the same.The So hum Spa was really good we enjoyed Refreshing Full body massage.So overall experience was good but not very extraordinary.

    Amazing comfortable experience at Novotel !

    Execllent hotel and the staff is really looking to always make your stay comfortable. The team even came up to bid us farewell, I saw such a deep commitment in the team . The location is next to the beach and very clean pristine beaches. The Resturant serves nice buffet breakfast which changes on few items each day. Nice pool and sauna , I did not try massage. The resort is divided in sections we stayed in hibiscus. Gita was awesome at the guest relations team. Very friendly candid and ready with an happy advise anytime of the day. A BIG thanks to the team for make our holiday special . I would highly recommend the place both for families or couples as it provides opportunity and space for all to enjoy. I will like to be back here at next opportunity possible. While the resort may have everything but it’s the team and staff which makes the difference and I saw that.

    A Good to Place to enjoy the sea and relax

    We had three rooms booked here as a family. we had requested that the rooms be together as we had a child and elderly person staying. Despite the confirmation over email the rooms were spread out which caused us an issue on arrival. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable with nice rooms and good facilities. We would happily stay again. The access to the beach is great as is the pool. One observation I would make is that the service could be better organised - there seems to be plenty of people - but often the towels are not replaced (or replaced when you don't want them to be) and in the restaurant it can be slow at time. The range of food on offer is excellent and overall it is very comfortable.

    Wonderful stay in nature's lap!

    Overall I had a pleasent experience. Location, ameneties, food was fabulous. But, they should check the room for cleanliness before checking in guests. Out of 2 rooms, we had to change 1 room because of pesticide sort of smell coming in the room. It was so much that it was literally difficult to even breathe. Although they promptly changed out room when we complained. Also, own more thing is they tend to miss out things after housekeeping everyday like face towels, footmats which we had to request them again. Staff was courteous.

    Great location and facilities

    Very well maintained resort with a good private beach. Had a very good experience. Only concern was that on Sunday they only have a brunch with no a-la-carte options. Had to insist on getting it and the attendant obliged. Even got chef Raju to come over for a specific request. Felt the restaurant service to be slow most of the times. Pool, indoor games, landscaping, choice of restaurants is very good.

    Plus points: location (direct access to cavelossim beach from inside the property), well maintained rooms, pool and entire area, elaborate breakfast spread, kids-friendly with various activities Negatives: no air conditioning in common areas like lobby and dining area (and it's quite hot and humid), pool timings are restricted, service could have been a bit better considering the cost of the stay
