The cave room was incredibly unique and beautifully designed with a modern touch. As an added bonus, we really enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast at the top of the hotel. The food was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. This stay truly added to our overall experience and made our trip to Cappadocia even more special.

Nice clan rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was gorgeous and the restaurant had great lunch. Alas the air conditioning wasn’t working when we there in March and the room was boiling. Staff was briefly able to turn it on for us but it then turned off suddenly which led to us waking up in the middle of the night due to our room collecting all the heat from the floors below. The pool was nice but we had to walk on the streets briefly to access as the whole hotel is not directly connected. It’s close but not connected. Otherwise happy with the room and ammenities. Staff were generally helpful apart from a guy at reception who didn’t know that technicians could change the settings of the AC from hot to cold in the winter season. Shoutout to the woman at reception who did that for us. This stay would have been 5/5 if they didn’t keep on fiddling with the temperature in the room. We couldn’t sleep on the first night or last night due to the heat.

We visited for our honeymoon, and we truly had an amazing experience. They prepared a lovely celebratory cake for us and warmly welcomed us from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Our main purpose was to ride a hot-air balloon, and they helped us with the reservation and kept us updated at all times, including informing us when the flight had to be canceled due to bad weather. Their hospitality was exceptional. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the perfect honeymoon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carus Cappadocia, and would love to come back. The rooms were cozy and luxurious, and we loved the extra touches like exfoliating mitts, bathrobes, and ceramic espresso cups. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged a few bookings for us, and even sent a cab to pick us up after a short hike. We concluded that the terrace has the best view in town, from enjoying morning coffee with a kitten to wine by the fire at night. Five stars!!

We stayed at the Carus Cappadocia for one night on our visit to the area. The hotel is built into a cave. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. The Turkish Breakfast they serve has so many choices. It was fresh and good. The hotel is close to the minaret of a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer in the morning.

Carus Cappadocia Hotel is a beautiful cave hotel in the centre of Goreme. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views over the town and the geological structures. Our room had a balcony which we were able to use and sit in the sunshine. Highly recommended.
