Good place if weather is not HOT

Good location that is close to old town and also the ship terminal to Helsinki. Apartment is comfortable. Biggest problem is that it doesn't have air conditioning. The days we stayed there was very hot and we had to open up the windows at night. The outside noise was quite bad since all the buses and trams were in front of the building. I think it will be good if weather is not hot.

Great location

Great location. Tramstop is close, harbour and old town are in walking distance. The stairs to the sleeping area were bit difficult. I would not recommend those to anyone with any difficulty with walking. But there is a sofabed, so you can sleep in it too. Trams can be heard, so if you are not used to the sound, it can be difficult. They do not run after 11 pm, so I di not think it is bad.

The "bedroom" is on top of the bathroom and is really, really small! You can't standup straight en there is not room to walk next to the bed. Or, bed.. It is a (terrible) matras on the floor, not a real bed..

Very nice place and excellent location. Shower could use a curtain or something to block the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom but pretty minor criticism. Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! I only did it once but it was enough not to do it again :)

Not a hotel! someone’s private apartment

This is not a hotel! Bait and switch: is someone’s private apartment that is offered for rent. All of the adjacent rooms are each owned separately and rented. The “reception” is not any sort of hotel staff, and cannot provide any customer service and was very annoyed with questions about the property. This property is cash only, which was not advertised. Overall, this “hotel” was grossly misrepresented and I did not feel safe staying here.

There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative. The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge. If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you.

Sopii 4 hengelle hyvin, mutta on todella pieni eikä liikkumatilaa ole yhtään kun sohvan on sängyksi levittänyt. Ehkä keittiötä varten olisi hyvä jos olisi myös korkeampi pöytä jonka äärellä voi syödä.
