The apartment was very nice, overall well kept. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the balcony was lovely and main areas clean. Checking in and out was quick and simple. There were a few carpets that slipped around and caused us to nearly fall a few times, and had found a chipped glass in the cupboard that we set aside to be tossed. ..and we were a little confused by the tp being hidden far above our heads in the kitchen, rather than in the loads of space in the bathroom/other closets.

The location and view are excellent. It is in the middle of the entertainment district to very close to everything. Given that that view is important I would have appreciated having the windows cleaned. There is a deck along the entire front window so it would be easy to do. The bathroom shower could use a refresh but the rest of the apartment is in good condition. The bed is small, but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. NB the ad says pet friendly but there is a charge of $1000 per night. We didn’t have pets this time but sometimes we will bring one. This is just offensive so please just say no pets.

Location was perfect! We booked a stay for 3 nights and then decided to add on 2 more nights before we arrived so we had to check out and check back in to another room. We requested an early check in and were told request went to supervisor but never heard anything back—whether it was approved or denied. The first room we arrived to had dirty sheets on one bed that smelled of body odour. We called to complain/used the chat and received no help. We changed the sheets ourselves using clean sheets left in the dryer. We were told housekeeping would come and never showed up. Before checkout we checked under the bed to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything and found used tissues and flossers. Again, called to complain and received nothing. We again requested

Great location, across the street from Roger’s Centre, C.N. Tower and the aquarium. The value that you got for what you paid was fantastic!!! Spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms, great view and fully functioning kitchen! Definitely a place I would recommend for people that are attending events downtown :)

The hotel apartment was great and located near the heart of downtown Toronto. My only complaint is that we originally booked for the modern apartments located on Adelaide but it was canceled last minute by the property owners. As alternative we were given a different luxury apartment that was slightly further out from the locations we visited. Overall once the check in issue was resolved we had so much fun. So much good food, drinks, vibes, and love. The location was perfectly centered in the midst of all the action. There were still a few sights we didn’t visit but the ones we did visit were very memorable.

We had a 2 night stay. Despite a very minor glitch in communication, check in and check out was easy and smooth. The unit was clean, a large assortment of amenities present, and the pictures were an accurate representation of the unit. Extremely well situated, close to everything downtown. Next time we're in Toronto, we will definitely rebook!!

The location was excellent, very central to many amenities and never far from attractions or venues. The room was a little worse for the wear. The laminate floor was completely popped up and it was a bit smaller than anticipated but very clean, bed was very comfy, view was lovely and it was very well priced. Two nights in Toronto in an apartment style accommodation was excellent. There were three adults and we made it work for us! I would absolutely book here again.
