"Book this! You will not regret it. We just returned from a beautiful stay at Clouds and we couldn’t be happier. It was by far the best choice - stunning location, rooms, pool, food(!) and most importantly the staff. We will 100% be returning. We have travelled to a lot of 5* properties around worlds and this was truly special. A good point to note is that it’s right next door to the Delaire Graff Estate which is worth a visit for wine tasting, or lunch/dinner (they offer a free shuttle service). Also right beside some spectacular wineries, Tokara & Bartinney."

"Overall a nice stay and will come back. Parking was outside on the street. No option to book inside parking on hotels.com site, but it was safe. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little dated showing wear and tear (cracked walls). Breakfast was excellent! Complimentary Netflix and good wifi. "

"Very nice all round hotel in a great location, it also has the benefit of an Hussars restaurant attached. This is a great hotel at a sensible price considering it’s position in Franschhoek. Have stayed here many times and will continue to use this hotel on my visits. "

"We stayed at the property due to its close proximity to a wedding we were attending. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The thing that brought down our experience were the ants in our room. They were crawling on the bed and our clothing which was unsettling. While the staff tried to remedy it through cleaning, you’d still wake up with them in the bed. "
