"The staff were super responsive, helpful and flexible in getting our room setup for our family. The room was big with amazing view of the city. It’s connected to a mall where you can easily visit and shop at. When we had flight cancellation due to weather they helped us change our reservations smoothly. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend."

"Convenient location, lots of food and shops nearby. 7-11 accessible through hotel lobby. 8 mind from mrt station. Laundry room has plenty of machines although the last dryer is not functioning properly. Gym is very well equipped but is a bit dusty and dirty. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The bathroom trash bins are not practical and should be switched out. Beds are perfect for Asian standards but non-Asians might find them a bit on firm side. Rooms are spacious for Taipei standards."

The cleaning staff working hard to maintain the quality as possible. For the price I got, I’m definitely happy with it (quality is above and beyond the price). If you stop by the area wants a quick stay, please think about it."
