Amazing property with modern interior

Highly recommend staying here. It has a clean modern interior. Very comfortable bed and a very nice smart TV. The courtyard is beautiful and they work hard to make sure you have any amenities you need. We stayed at sadako apartments before this place, which was nice, but this place is much better. Be sure to try Eduardo's hideaway which is a short walk. I also heard from our taxi driver that oak restaurant which is another 5 minute walk is very good also. It has a short walk to Palm Beach and a grocery store nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Cute and nice apartment

Great location, very close to the Hotel area and Palm Beach. The apartment has everything you need, even a cooler and chairs you can take to the beach. I recommend renting a car for comfort. We never used the pool, since we spend all day at the beach and just came back to sleep and shower. No daily cleaning included and the outdoor patio a little dark, would use some more light. But in general it was a great place to stay.

The owner and staff were so lovely and accommodating! The property is like a serene oasis with a lovely new pool (2024) which was a surprise as it wasn't there when we first booked. The property is off the busy streets, but an easy ten minute walk to plenty of dining options and excellent beaches and sunsets! Quiet, quant and everything you need for a vacation rental! Sucio y lleno de escombros

Llegamos allí por necesidad, estaban construyendo, por lo que la habitación y todo estaba con polvos, el patio con escombros, el estacionamiento era en la calle, por lo que el auto “rentado” no quedó resguardado, siendo que pagué alojamiento con estacionamiento. Los estacionamientos de la vivienda estaban con escombros. Nos quedamos allí porque ya no deseábamos movernos, pero no quedamos conforme, al segundo día quedamos sin iluminación, solicitamos como compensación dejarnos salir a las 14:30 hrs., a lo que accedieron, hecho que agradezco. Cobrarán por limpieza, pero la habitación no estaba limpia, incluso tuve que trapear el piso a nuestra llegada. No fue del todo agradable. Sí, no está en condiciones el lugar porque están remodelando, debiesen informar, en lo personal no me gusta el desorden ni la suciedad. Visita 22 al 24 junio 2024.

The property was quiet the 4 nights I stayed there which was highly appreciated. It's a small complex of mainly couples or small families. It is walking distance to the beach (Marriot resort) and to a small market. I found it cleanly and comfortable.

Nice enough room came with a great little outdoor kitchen. Had everything we needed clean room friendly staff. The small pool was a nice Plus. The only negative was the bed was very firm and pillows weren't amazing

Great apartment for a 5 night stay. Very large for two people, could easily sleep four. Fantastic location, off the main strip, 10 minutes walking to everything, supermarket ‘around the corner’. Front and back areas for relaxing, pool perfect. My apartment had a large private terrace but very hot so definitely needs a fan - that is the only criticism. Judy and Benjamin (hosts) were lovely people, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Parking right outside. I would stay here again.

Central, close to Palm Beach though I had a rental car and was driving to different beaches. Room is nice, quiet and AC works great. Outdoor kitchen and dining area has everything you need. The garden and pool area is the best part of relaxing/lounging. Such beautiful plants and flowers. Many lounge chairs and one hammock per unit.

I had stayed in Palm Beach before but didn’t want to stay in a big hotel this time. This property was perfect! It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach between the Marriott and the Ritz, and maybe another 5 minutes to food. There were bird scooters easily accessible along the route too that I used to get around to farther places! The room was nice and clean and private. I loved having the outdoor kitchen area - there is a little grocery store nearby so it was easy to grab things to make a meal. Everyone was so kind and helpful here. I would definitely stay again!
