Overall very good place to stay. Food was excellent, nice lobby and outside area to sit in for a few drinks. A couple of the entertainment guys were annoying with the fake friendliness just to get your money, then didn’t want to know you when you’re checking out or said no you to whatever they’re offering

I loved the Spa! I stayed 3 days at this resort and enjoyed every second. There was many options for foods. The beach was beautiful and pool is huge. I wish there was more activities through out the day and wasn’t able to hear outside of our room but overall a peaceful trip

We had an enjoyable 5 night stay at Porto Bello. The location is good and was easy to get around using taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of options for food and drink. The night entertainment was not great but we made the most of it.

Found the hotel to be very clean ., the room was spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and good at there job, the food was good plenty of choice and variety as always when on holiday food not hot always just warm. Entertainment staff were excellent a good variety of activities and always chatty and smiling..evening entertainment some nights better than others just wasnt on long enough. We booked a night at the italien reasturant and it was horrendous minestrone soup was tasteless and just veg in a clear liquid!! I had tagliatele that was stone vold and the filet of beef had the life bouled out of it, tasteless pannacota definatley not worth a visit and needs a total menu revamp...only negative i have is the miserable bar staff who have no idea how to make a vocktail and were quite rude at times!!

I stayed 4 nights there. I booked standard double room which was really good. I recommend everyone to take all inclusive you will get various options for food. I enjoyed swimming, private beach arrea, various activities, from morning to night. I want to go again there.

A cheeky week away

Overall our stsy was good. Excellent service from all the staff. Food was great,with a huge selection to choose from. We stayed All inclusive so the drinks were included, i have to say the wine was awful, the white wine was yellow and tasted awful i did send it back but the replacement one was exactly the same..so i choose to drink rosé with sprite. Im not a spirit drinker. Room was spotless. Had an amazing sea view Entertainment needs some work.. Gym was well equipped Indoor pool was good.

I was wondering how an all-inclusive hotel would work and I decided to test this one with my family as per the reviews. What a bad surprise, unfortunately. The infrastructure is really good, no regrets about it, but what is offered as services from a stated "5 stars" hotel? Well, the food served had no taste at all. Burgers from the Snack Restaurant with raw meet, the taste like the frozen ones you buy in the supermarket. Everything served in plastic (which makes it even more tasteless). A lot, but a lot of options during lunch and dinner, with even more options as deserts. Only beautiful for Instagram photos, although with such a huge bad quality. The staff was nice, no complaints about it, and thanks for that (especially the cleaning ladies always smiling and the lady serving the omelete during breakfast - I love you!!!). The worst part was about guests... Oh god!!! How can such people be soooo rude? Getting food as it was the last meal from their lives, literally pilling food on their plates, hitting you while you were serving food, not respecting lines, and you got the idea... First and last time I do such an (bad!!!) adventure like this, and particulartly in this hotel...

Kein 5* Hotel. Jeden Tag fast gleiche Sorte beim Frühstücken und Abendessen. Zimmer sind sauber, Serviceleute sind meistens aus Bali und können sie kaum deutschen und türkisch, sehr wenig englisch Kenntnisse. Kaffe schmeckt aus Automstennich besonders.
