I arrived at the hotel extremely tired after a long 9-hour drive, which unfortunately prevented me from addressing my concerns immediately at the front desk. However, my experience was very disappointing.
The room had an unpleasant smell, the extra door lock was broken, the refrigerator was rusty, and I noticed what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. These conditions were far below what I’ve come to expect from this hotel brand.
I’ve stayed at several of your properties across the country and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this stay fell far short of those standards.
