There was not one thing I liked about this property. Our first room had bugs; they were on the walls, bed and in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk and they did not seem surprised about the issue. We were put in another room on the first floor. First, the room had a horrible smell of a severe, heavy duty chemical cleaner. The smell did not dissipate during the 3 days we stayed. Secondly, the room materials were beat up; fridge had dents all over it, mirror in the bathroom was rusted, cover on the AC kept disconnecting and when we went to adjust the shades in the room, the top plastic covering fell off and could not be reattached. Lastly, the place was filthy. When water got on the floor of the bathroom, I used the face cloth to dry it off and it was completely black with dirt from the floor. The entire room had hard floors, so it was pretty apparent that they rarely, if ever, cleaned the floors between stays. I spoke to the General Manager about the various issues and he offered to provide a refund for one of our night's stay. Due to my booking through Expedia they couldn't give me the refund; rather I had to go to Expedia and have Expedia go to them for the refund and then I could be reimbursed. Expedia has reached out to the hotel several times and have yet to receive approval for the refund. So much for customer service for a horrible stay. If you want a clean room DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
